I’ve been really unfocused lately. I’ve had some extra sad days, feeling fatigued, lethargic and annoyed. The August Break is giving me a perfect chance to take a little break for myself, some self care but continue to be mindful and present of my community.

I think this break is going to be very helpful.
I’ve developed a tolerance to my medication and my moods have been shit, my motivation non existent.
Taking August for myself, to not over exert, to be mindful through photographs and play with paint and my journal again. Giving myself space to breath and just be for a while… Yes.
